What is the F.A.N.C.Y. Leadership Academy?
The F.A.N.C.Y. (Focused And Naturally Confident Youth) Teen Girls Leadership Academy is a DETOUR youth development mentorship program that places an emphasis on improving the self‑esteem and self‑awareness of teen girls ages 12–17.
Our evidence‑based curriculum includes lessons on confidence building, personal growth, developing leadership skills, accountability, and team building. We are committed to connecting and empowering girls in San Diego County through leadership programs, awareness/education, and empowerment events.
